Barking Riverside is East London’s largest development, with major infrastructure, homes and community assets set along 2km of south-facing Thames frontage.
Following revised consent for up to 20,000 homes, the next phase will accelerate delivery across a broader mix of housing and commercial uses, with new cultural and visitor-economy anchors.
The project is led by Barking Riverside Limited, a joint venture between L&Q and the Mayor of London.
