Enfield (New Town)

Crews Hill & Chase Park in North London have been shortlisted by the UK Government’s New Towns Taskforce as a major, once-in-ageneration growth opportunity, with capacity to deliver up to 21,000 new homes alongside upgraded transport and infrastructure.

Identified as one of the most promising New Town locations, the programme is being progressed through strong partnership between Enfield Council, UK Government, the Greater London Authority, Transport for London, the National Health Service and other key partners.
