A £1.7 billion investment into Old Oak Common Station will unlock a critical pipeline of housing and infrastructure for West London. It will be the largest newly built station in the UK served by HS2, the Elizabeth Line and the Great Western Mainline.
The area is home to:
- An ambitious creative and business community in Park Royal, London’s largest industrial estate
- Key natural assets including the Grand Union Canal and Wormwood Scrubs
Large-scale regeneration across the Old Oak and Park Royal Opportunity Area is intended to deliver 25,000 new homes and tens of thousands of new jobs.
The development is being led by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) — a mayoral development corporation.
