Acton Gardens
Acton Gardens is a multi-phase regeneration project providing 3,463 homes of which 50 per cent affordable, 47,000 sqm of enhanced public space, allotments, community facilities including nursery, GP surgery and re-provided community centre to the London Borough of Ealing all supported by a site wide energy network, reducing emissions and improving air quality. The development delivers far reaching community benefits and added social and economic value supporting numerous social value activities including a COVID Relief programme and social enterprises such as Cultivate London.
