Blackwall Reach
Designed as a residential-led mixed-use development, Blackwall Reach will act as a catalyst for change within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The £500m multi-phased regeneration scheme will provide high levels of social investment within the local area, delivering over 1,500 homes, of which 50 per cent will be affordable, a new community hub, commercial facilities, a faith building, and will continue to deliver enhanced open green space to support a vibrant community environment.
