Hatcham and Ilderton Road Design Code

Southwark Council appointed Farrells, Gbolade Design Studio and Exterior Architecture as a team of multi-disciplinary consultants to prepare a Design Code for the area around Hatcham and Ilderton Road, on Old Kent Road, as part of the government’s NMDC pilot - the only one of its kind trialled in London.
