Henrietta House, off Bond Street, is a world-class workspace experience for CBRE employees and its clients. Designed by architecture and design studio, MoreySmith, working in tandem with the landlord Lazari Investments and CBRE, the space has been reinvented through a strategic plan that has placed sustainability and wellbeing at the heart. Created with ESG in mind, the result is a standout project for London and a key cornerstone of the regeneration of the high-street post-pandemic.
