Phase 2 Fellowship Square
Fellowship Square will deliver 433 new homes as part of a brand-new neighbourhood and cultural hub in the heart of the borough delivered by Waltham Forest Council and Countryside Partnerships. The car-free development will include leisure, learning spaces, a regenerated civic centre and enhanced public realm through tree planting and landscaping, generating hundreds of new jobs with a bespoke job creation training programme to drive economic recovery in the borough. A £500,000 fund has been created for community led initiatives
