The September 2026 London Investment Showcase opens the door to the projects, partnerships and places defining London’s next phase of growth.

Featuring eight new projects and places, the latest edition highlights opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, energy, innovation and the experience economy. It gives investors a clearer view of where the city is delivering now, where future opportunities are emerging and who is driving them forward.

The projects and places featured sit within our wider London pipeline of £32bn in investable opportunities, representing £115bn in total GDV. Together, they demonstrate the scale and diversity of a city creating new homes, commercial districts, infrastructure and destinations across the capital.

London’s investment market continues to show its strength. According to data from our research partner JLL, capital investment reached £7.4bn in the first half of 2026 – 14 per cent higher than during the same period in 2025 – with international investors accounting for almost two thirds of activity.

This edition also explores the interconnected strengths underpinning London’s investability: a proven culture of public-private partnership, a world-leading knowledge economy and an experience economy expected to attract around £10bn in investment over the next decade.
