The City of London Corporation’s Market Sites Regeneration Programme will transform more than 70 acres across London.
Through partnerships with developers and investors, it will unlock new homes, employment space and economic growth, while supporting the relocation of Smithfield and Billingsgate Markets.
The programme combines private-sector expertise with long-term public stewardship to deliver sustainable regeneration, social value and lasting benefits across multiple strategic sites.
