The Royal Docks is the Mayor of London’s largest regeneration programme, spanning 175 hectares of public land at the centre of an expanding east London growth corridor.
Once the UK’s gateway to global trade, today the Royal Docks is now emerging as one of London’s most significant development districts, with £10bn in live investment opportunities and forecasts of 36,000 new homes and 55,000 jobs over the next twenty years.
