Opportunity London has confirmed it will be bringing 24 London boroughs, alongside the Greater London Authority and City of London Corporation to the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 16-18 May, in Leeds.
UKREiiF is set to bring together over 6,000 delegates, of which will be a collection of investors, developers and occupiers who are all looking for new opportunities across the UK – and the 24 London boroughs will be amongst a number of other major cities and regions highlighting their places to open new investment discussions.
The second annual UKREiiF event will provide Opportunity London a platform to showcase London as one of the most attractive places in the world to invest, bringing together the plans and opportunities across all London boroughs and presenting their vision for economic development in the Capital.
Speaking of their involvement, Cllr Darren Rodwell Deputy Chair of London Councils said:
"Opportunity London welcomes the opportunity presented by UKREiiF to work together to showcase the future of the nation’s capital as an open and green city to investors from around the world - and to attract sustainable and inclusive investment across all the London boroughs. We are looking forward to working with the nation’s other great cities to attract the investment in housing and infrastructure that we all need to drive the growth that our communities are so in need of."
Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re proud to announce that Opportunity London has secured their spot as a key partner for the next UKREiiF event.”
“Building on the success of the inaugural event in May 2022, the event is set to grow – with bigger spaces, and additional stages with more content, and we’re looking forward to giving Opportunity London the space to build connections and relationships with potential future partners.”
Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
